Always Wanted to Take a Class from Me?

You don't have to commit to a whole training program to learn from me. Three live two-hour classes — take one, or take all three.

Aug 18 & 25 · 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET
Aug 20 · 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET

$197 per class

Each class also earns 2 ANCC contact hours if you need continuing education.

Can't attend live? Every registration includes the recording.

Over the years, so many of you have said some version of:

“I've thought about your training program, but I'm not sure I'm ready for all that.”

I absolutely get it. Committing to a full three month program when you can barely get through the day is scary!  That's why I'm thrilled to offer these three classes as a sort of "taster."

These three classes cover three of the biggest problems we have with fibromyalgia — brain fog, poor sleep, and fatigue. Two hours each, taught live by me, and you can take just the one that speaks to you.

Plus, every class is recorded. If your fibro body decides not to cooperate on the day of class, no worries!

These are the same lectures I teach on these subjects in my full Certified Fibromyalgia Advisor® training program and the same classes I teach to healthcare providers. If you hold a license or certification and need continuing education contact hours, you can earn those too. But you don't need to be a provider to come. You just need to be curious.

Why IFCI Students Get Better

IFCI teaches practical, evidence-based education — rooted in research and two decades of real-world experience helping people with fibromyalgia.

Real-world results matter. Graduates of IFCI's Certified Fibromyalgia Advisor® training program improve their fibromyalgia symptoms an average of about 50% in just 90 days, with some reporting improvements of 70% or more. The same evidence-based principles that produced those results are the foundation of these three classes.

Angela Frescholtz, Class of 2022

I feel more in control of my situation...

The more you know, the better you are, and the more power you have to take control of your health. This class definitely made me feel more powerful and more in control of my situation.

Kaylynne Glover, PhD, Class of 2024

You had already done the research for me...

It was really hard to find [the research] all myself. I decided to do the course because I knew you had all of that information for me, and I didn't have to go diving into the research myself.

The Fibromyalgia Foundations Series

Three Classes. Pick The Ones You Need.

  • Restoring Function in Fibromyalgia: A New Approach to Energy Management — August 18 at 11 AM Pacific / 2 PM Eastern — Most pacing advice boils down to "do less," which is why we hate it as patients. Shrinking your life isn't a real option. In this class, you'll learn why fibromyalgia fatigue doesn't get better with rest, what's quietly draining the energy you do have, and how to break the push-crash cycle — so you can spend your energy on the life you actually want instead of just getting through the day.
  • When Good Treatment Plans Don't Work: Understanding Fibromyalgia Brain Fog — August 20 at 2 PM Pacific / 5 PM Eastern — You know what you're supposed to be doing. So why is it so hard to actually do it? Brain fog is an important missing piece, not a character flaw or a memory problem. We'll look at what's causing your fibro fog, why understanding it changes everything about how you plan your days, and how this is different from neurodegenerative conditions like dementia or Alzheimer's.
  • Beyond Sleep Hygiene: The Hidden Complexity of Fibromyalgia Sleep — August 25 at 11 AM Pacific / 2 PM Eastern —  You slept nine hours and woke up feeling like you'd been hit by a truck. For most of us the problem isn't how much we sleep — it's that we're not getting the right kind of sleep. This class covers what makes fibromyalgia sleep different, why the standard advice falls short, and the treatable sleep problems that get missed. And if you're struggling with insomnia, I've got you covered too.
  • Register below — $197 each. Decide you want to take the full training program? We'll apply your class registration to your tuition.
  • Earn up to 2 ANCC-accredited continuing education contact hours per class upon completion of all requirements.
  • 2-Hour live classes held via Zoom.
  • Access to class recordings for 30 days after each class.

These classes are ANCC-accredited. Each class provides two contact hours through IFCI's partnership with the American Nurse Coach Association, an accredited provider of the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Most licensing boards and professional organizations accept ANCC contact hours, though acceptance is always determined by your own board — please check yours.
