Ready for your own next step?

The graduates featured in this event didn’t improve by finding one magic fix or pushing through alone. They learned new strategies, experimented, adjusted, and worked with coaches and a community that understood what they were going through.

If you’re ready to explore what might help you feel better, here are a few places to begin.

If you're looking for personalized support…

Work with a Certified Fibromyalgia Coach®

Work one-on-one with someone who understands what you're going through and is trained to help you understand your body, make sense of your symptoms, and build strategies that fit your life — so you can spend less time trying to figure this out and more time building a life that works for your body.

Ready to stop trying to figure fibromyalgia out on your own?

Whether you're looking to improve your own fibromyalgia, better support the people you serve, or build expertise in fibromyalgia care, our programs provide the education, frameworks, coaching, and community to help you move forward — so you can spend less time piecing this together alone and more time creating meaningful change.

Proven Results Matter.
On average, our Certified Fibromyalgia Advisor® graduates reduce their fibromyalgia symptoms by nearly 50% during the 90-day class.
