Schedule with Dr. Robin

Let’s figure it out together.

You're exhausted from being the strong one and pretending you're okay.

You’ve spent years pushing through pain, brain fog, fatigue, chronic stress, grief, and loss while trying to keep up with work, family, responsibilities, and everyone else’s expectations.

Eventually, your body said enough.

Dr. Robin knows what that’s like because she lived it herself. After nearly 30 years of living with fibromyalgia and more than 25 years as a psychotherapist, she had to stop pushing through and make changes that honored what her body was telling her.

Today, she helps professional women ages 50 and better stop living in survival mode, create more steadiness, and reimagine what’s possible for this season of life.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

Who Dr. Robin Helps

Dr. Robin helps women who are navigating fibromyalgia alongside grief, trauma, chronic stress, major life transitions, and the pressure to keep functioning when their body is asking for something different.

She works especially well with women who are grieving the life they thought they would have, wondering who they are now, and trying to figure out what this next season of life could look like. Many of her clients are carrying grief, loss, trauma, caregiving responsibilities, or years of putting everyone else first.

Her coaching style is compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply holistic — helping women address the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of healing. Robin helps women uncover the hidden gifts of fibromyalgia, reconnect with themselves, and learn to love their lives again.

"When your nervous system feels safe enough,
your body no longer has to fight so hard to protect you."
— Dr. Robin Pfaff
